Healing from my ex

  Today I was verbally yelled at by some super unstable and psychotic person - she had a go at me about shit that happened over a year ago ( you read that right) over a year a go apparently  I am her source of gossip and entertainment  cos she stated that she often laughs at me and talks about me fuckin hell you need to get out more I don't think or talk about you at all you're not  worth  my time or energy - she's the one whose son was booted from the school for drugs😑, the whole school knew about it the kids talked about it last year for days on end.  She clearly doesn't understand  that if she ran as much as she ran her mouth she would be fit and healthy instead the only thing getting any  exercise is her mouth. I avoid people like her cos one I don't give a fuck and two if she is gossiping about someone to you, she's definitely  gossiping about you to others those are the people you don't want in your life they will always be the source ...

DIY Well it’s coming into August my parents are off to Budapest on Thursday and are away for 2 months, they are biking up the Danube River all the way to Switzerland. While they are away I am doing up my son’s room, I have filled in all the holes with wall paste, and just have to sand them down and redo any of the holes that aren’t quite filled up, I am also re-wallpapering and fixing the gap in the floor between the carpet and the door ( my son has a deck off his room) the carpet had worn through so the carpet nails have come thru, I do have a mat over it at present but since I am also laying down carpet tiles ( foam backed for extra padding) I am going to fix the gap first before I get the carpet tiles. As of Friday the 31st May 2024 my lesions are in remission the virus I have in my blood that creates cancer is still there it's just not trying to kill me off or attacking my blood cells like it's been doing for the past 15yrs, yes for 15yrs I have been fighting this, I have lost my hair twice, had all the veins in my arms collapse, had lure placed in my thumbs and neck due to my veins collapsing, I have had to date 84 throat operations, I have lost all my teeth due to the radiation and chemotherapy I went thru, I have had experimental drugs, been on experimental trials, had cidoffider ( not sure how that is spelt) been on methotrexate ( which shot my immunity to zero), had avastin, and some other fun drugs that made me feel like death I take drugs to help me eat cos I have damaged my oesophagus from vomiting straight stomach acid, I still can't eat some days so I have protein shakes to cover those days, I have currently got scarring tissue which is super thick ...

  Today I want to talk about suicide we all know someone or have been close to someone who has committed suicide, for me it was a personal tragedy, someone who not only I deeply loved but who was my safe space ( I don’t have a place that is my safe space I had a person ) this person knew all about my past all the crap I had been thru all the trials and tragedies I had experienced, this person knew me inside and out there wasn’t anything about me he didn’t know.
